Setting out in the morning after a hearty Nasi Lemak breakfast,

we headed out onto the Bumboats...yes Bum Boats...lol

And began our cycling trip after a few delays...

It was absolutely rewarding and muscle working...

which was what we all needed, a view of nature...and sweat.
